These general terms and conditions of use apply to the website of Cleanr S.à r.l, whose domains are primarily www.getcleanr.io, and the corresponding mobile applications, as well as all other related or linked websites, mobile applicates and/or sites owned and/or operated by Cleanr S.à r.l.

Whereas, by using any sites owned and/or operated by Cleanr S.à r.l., the User agrees to these terms of use. If you do not agree, please refrain from using it.

Whereas, by means of these general terms and conditions of use, Cleanr S.à r.l.makes the website and the Cleanr S.à r.l. mobile application available to users (hereinafter referred to as User or Users).

1. Defintions

In these General Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "Platform": Any Cleanr digital mobile application and/or website operated by Cleanr S.à r.l. which may be accessible via channels including but not limited to the URL getcleanr.io.
• "Client" and/or “Customer”: Any natural or legal person using the Platform and/or any natural or legal person who uses the Platform to enter into a contract with Cleanr S.à r.l.
• "Cleaner": A self-employed individual who offers cleaning services to Clients through the Platform.
• "Service": A cleaning service performed by a Cleaner for a Client, facilitated but not provided via the Platform.
• "Terms": These General Terms and Conditions of Use.

2. About these Terms

• The Client accesses and use of the Platform of Cleanr S.à r.l., its mobile Apps and any other technical interfaces provided by Cleanr S.à r.l. (together “getcleanr.io”, the “Platform” or the “Website”) are governed by the present terms. By accessing, browsing and using the Platfrom, the Client acknowledges to have read, understood and accepted, without reserve, these Terms.

3. Purpose

• Cleanr S.à r.l. is a technology company, whose main activity is the development and management of a technological platform through which, via a Platform or a mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “App”), it intermediates in the booking of at-home services for individuals.
• Thus, Cleanr S.à r.l. has a Platform through which different Professionals, with whom Cleanr S.à r.l. can maintain a commercial agreement for the use of the Platform, offer a series of services predetermined by the Platform. The Client has the possibility of requesting the acquisition of these Professionals’ services by authorizing a third party when requesting a service through the Platform, in which cases Cleanr S.à r.l. acts solely as an intermediary and, therefore, cannot assume or does not assume any responsibility for the correct provision of the services directly offered by the Professionals.
